Chairman, Non-Executive Director - Jim Landau
Jim is a chair for the international CEO Group, The Executive Connection (TEC).
In this role he acts as a trusted support person for a number of CEO's in
public, private and Government organisations. He is a member of the Small
Business Advisory Council for the Victorian Government and is Deputy Chairman
of the industry advisory Board of The Global Innovation & Entrepreneurship
Research Centre at Melbourne University. His experience includes tender
evaluations for Telecom Australia, third party auditor of the Victorian
Building Societies and the Australian Stock Exchange, consultant with Andersen
Consulting to the ANZ Banking Group, Manager of Potter Partners Cash Management
Trust and many years in the IT services industry including managing director
roles with Software Corporation of Australia and Datronics Corporation Limited.
In recent years Jim has taken on a number of Board roles. He is chairman of
Leadtec Systems Australia Pty. Ltd., a value added network provider of B2B
eCommerce supply chain services for major retailers. He is also a non-executive
director of the Japanese owned manufacturing services company, Arrk Australia
& New Zealand Pty. Ltd. as well as of the listed digital media business,
Destra Corporation Ltd.. He holds Fellowships of the Australian Society of
Certified Practicing Accountants, the Financial Services Institute of
Australasia, and the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
Non-Executive Director - David Gagie
David is President of Financial Services for Neteller plc. He is
responsible for the European e-wallet business for Neteller and for NetBanx,
the group's UK-based payment processor. He is also responsible for developing
credit and debit card products and other financial services. Prior to joining
Neteller, David worked for PayPal USA where he advised on strategic
development. Previously as Managing Director of Consumer Lending and Current
Account products for Lloyds TSB, he sat on the UK retail banking board. His
portfolio included the largest UK current account and debit card business with
over US$34 billion in deposits, the credit card and personal lending businesses
and US$30 billion in receivables, and CardNet, Lloyds TSB's acquiring
arm. David was also Chairman of MasterCard UK and Vice Chairman of
MasterCard Europe.
Non-Executive Director - Richard Davies
Richard has 7 years experience as a portfolio manager and analyst. Richard
graduated from Monash University in 1992 with a Bachelor of Law (Honours) and
Bachelor of Economics. Upon graduation he worked for Baker & McKenzie in
Hong Kong and Melbourne and Freehill, Hollingdale & Page in Melbourne and
Sydney. Richard was awarded the Macquarie Bank MBA Scholarship in 1996 and
returned to university and completed his MBA at Columbia Business School
(Honours). Upon graduation in 1998 he worked for Tiger Management for three
years covering on a global basis the telecom and media industries. Richard left
Tiger Management to co-found Kicap Management, a global long short equity hedge
fund. Richard and his wife and three daughters returned to Australia in late
2003 after which time he commenced working for Jagen. Richard has primary
responsibility for managing Jagen's listed equity investments.
Non-Executive Director - David Liberman
David has over 17 years extensive IT experience in Finance, Banking, Health,
Advertising, Media and Telecommunications. He has been the CTO/CIO of a number
of professional services and product based companies where his responsibilities
included: mapping strategic technology direction for approval by management
teams establishing current and long term technology objectives; creating a
technical vision for the company and project managing software and
infrastructure implementations. David was one of the founding members of a
start-up called IRESS Market Technology (ASX:IRESS). IRESS designs, develops,
markets and supports Australia's premier sharemarket information system. IRESS
is now used by a majority of the professional equity market participants across
Australia and New Zealand and has a market capitalization of over 1 billion
dollars. David was the architect and creator of BermudaT which is an e-solution
platform sold and owned by Day3. Bermuda is currently powering a number of
leading corporate web based solutions. Bermuda reduces project implementation
cost and time by 2/3. More recently David filled the role of Asia Pacific
regional as the lead technologist for S1 (NASDAQ:SONE) where he was responsible
for localization and customization of the banking platform product for the
region. David joined Jagen Pty Ltd in June 2006 to assist investee companies in
increasing share holder value by harnessing information technology.
Executive Director - Simon Warner
Simon is the founder of Centricom. He has over 10 years experience in the
eCommerce industry, working with organisations such as Advantra (Telstra / IBM
/ Lend Lease Joint venture) where he headed up business development for the IBM
Universal Server Farm and IBM Global Network in Australia. He then worked for
ANZ bank, where he headed up Business Development, Marketing & Distribution
for the bank's Business eCommerce Group - for both Australia and New Zealand
and across Asia Pacific. Before his career at ANZ, Simon was head of
professional services for one of Australia's first datacentre's and
distributors of one of Australia's first Credit Card payment gateways
(Camtech). Prior to Camtech, he ran his own successful software application
development company with clients such as Mobile Oil, United Energy, Smorgon
Steel and Gippsland Water. Before coming to Australia, Simon served eight years
as a Police Officer in London and spent the latter part of his Police career
working on specialist IT projects.
