Noticed Something New About POLi?.
There have been some recent changes to POLi which will help improve the way you
transact online.
From now on when you select your bank from the drop down box, POLi will direct
you to your bank's homepage, rather than the log on page. This will ensure that
you are kept a up-to-date of any important security announcements from
your bank. Once at the homepage you simply log on Internet banking as per
normal. Naturally the POLi helper panel will continue to guide you through the
transaction process.
Secondly, POLi customers using Microsoft Internet Explorer 7 can now view and
check their Internet banking SSL certificate information. Next time you log
onto your Internet bank, take note of the pad lock displayed in the top right
corner of your browser page.

By simply clicking on the pad lock you will be able to verify the legitimacy of
the certificate and the bank site. It's good practice to get into the habit of
doing this every time you log on, but you can rest assured that POLi will only
ever present you with an authentic bank site.
The other change isn't as obvious, but is just as important. The POLi system
time out durations have been modified in order to provide a more consistent
performance across all merchant sites.
If you have any questions regarding these changes please don't hesitate to call
the POLi Consumer Help Desk on 1300 007 654.
